[Remote] Email Strategist (DTC Email Marketing)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bedford is a small team of world-class DTC marketers focused on creating effective email marketing strategies. They are seeking an Email Strategist to manage and grow lifecycle marketing programs across email and SMS, responsible for developing campaigns and optimizing them to drive revenue for clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop a monthly email calendar + write creative briefs for copywriters
- Research trends, customer insights, and behavioral triggers to inform messaging
- Own client relationships - you're the reason they trust Bedford and they reason they keep working with us
- Manage 5-8 core brands
Skills
- Lifecycle/email marketing experience (DTC/eCommerce preferred)
- Strong copy + angle instincts
- Ability to juggle multiple accounts
- Bias for action and problem-solving - you take ownership, not orders
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar ESPs (flows, logic, segmentation, testing)
