Assurance Associate-Audit (FP&A focus)

Siemens is a global technology company focused on industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare. They are seeking an Assurance Associate-Audit to identify key risks, design and execute audits, and drive assurance objectives within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify key risks in Siemens’s operational and financial environment and develop an understanding of business processes, goals, and strategy to provide analysis and interpretation to management
  • Design and execute comprehensive audits, particularly for global software and technology businesses to address identified risks
  • Independently drive assurance objectives, define and align conclusions, and recommend improvement to drive change in the organization
  • Foster innovation and further development of processes and methodology, as well as develop and promote digital use cases that increase coverage and overall assurance in cooperation with our data analytics team
  • Participate in meetings with Senior Management and drive discussions about observations, conclusions, and next steps from the engagement

Skills

  • BS/BA degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance
  • Fluent English is required with the ability to speak, write, and interpret documents
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%
  • Reside in the Iselin, NJ area to embrace our hybrid work culture
  • An MBA, CPA, ACCA, or ACA qualification is a plus
  • Experience in an international and/or intercultural environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in other languages along with English
