Outside Sales Consultant

Preventia Security is a rapidly growing company focusing on security, life safety, and automation technology serving Birmingham, AL and surrounding areas. They are seeking a Senior Outside Sales Consultant responsible for selling residential and commercial security solutions, cultivating customer relationships, and meeting sales goals in an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Preventia's security solutions to potential clients in your assigned territory
  • Actively prospect new residential and light commercial customers
  • Attend networking and industry events
  • Manage an existing book of business to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Keep customer relationship management (CRM) data up to date, ensuring accurate tracking of all sales activities
  • Work closely with the operational team to ensure a smooth handoff for closed sales and successful customer onboarding
  • Stay informed and be a student of the sales process to improve your skills

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Valid driver's license (required)
  • At least 1 year of sales experience (preferred)
