Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, high-quality support to customers
• Understand customer goals and address challenges through effective ticket resolution
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the product to handle support tickets via phone and text
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals related to customer acquisition and retention
• Identify opportunities to improve support resources such as macros and help center content

Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS
• Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction and meet performance standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills adaptable to different styles
• Self-starter and team player comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment
