The Role

As a Sales Representative / Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls from customers and booking jobs
  • Answering general questions about products or policies
  • Providing information on products/services or policies
  • Explaining the details of policies to customers
  • Speaking clearly and precisely on the phone
  • Listening to customers' needs and providing the appropriate solution
  • Outputting large quantities of information
  • Making outbound calls to customers to resolve complaints

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software
