Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound calls and responding to questions about prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail order solutions
  • Providing accurate and timely information to our members about their healthcare benefits and options
  • Helping members navigate the healthcare system and make informed decisions about their medical care
  • Resolving member complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in customer service or a related field

  • Knowledge of healthcare benefits and insurance products
  • Ability to work in a call center environment
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
