Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Wholesale Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for extracting, organizing, and managing auction data within Excel templates. Your strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel will be essential in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our data posting processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Extract and consolidate auction data into specified Excel templates
- Communicate auction information efficiently to the internal team via email
- Conduct thorough reviews of posted data to ensure precision and consistency with the original auction details
- Identify, analyze, and rectify any discrepancies or errors in data postings
- Collaborate with the posting team to provide timely updates and feedback for enhanced data accuracy
- Maintain a well-organized record of auction data, posting outcomes, and any modifications made
- Propose improvements to streamline data handling workflows for increased effectiveness
- Assist with additional tasks and projects related to wholesale data management as required
Required Skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry, with a strong emphasis on error-checking to uphold data integrity
