- Strong communicator who can coordinate on hybrid team directly with stakeholders
- PowerCenter/CDIPC (legacy ETL – large codebase)
- IDMC/IICS
- SQL
- Data modeling
- Databricks/Pyspark (long term ETL vision)
- Power BI (long term reporting vision)
- Cognos (legacy reporting)
- SSIS (legacy ETL small code base)
- Must have a Lead hands‑on development and support
- Min Ten+ years of experience leading and/or hands‑on developing Data Warehouse, data integration, or data engineering projects.
- Responsible for unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Proven leadership: history of owning deliverables and guiding teams to complete complex, time‑boxed projects.
- Strong Informatica expertise: extensive experience building and maintaining mappings, workflows, parameterization, reusable components, and deployment packages.
- Advanced SQL skills: ability to write, profile, and optimize complex SQL; experience with query tuning, indexing strategies, and analyzing execution plans.
- Data modeling knowledge: dimensional and normalized modeling, star/snowflake schemas, and metadata management.
- Experience with ELT and modern stacks: Databricks or INFROMATICA platforms preferred.
- Solid troubleshooting skills for production support, performance issues, and data quality problems.
- Excellent communication skills: able to explain technical tradeoffs to business stakeholders and produce clear documentation.
