The Role

As a Work at Home Customer Service, Sales, or Technical Support Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our clients' customers. Whether you're handling inbound calls, outbound calls, or internet-based interactions, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing expert guidance, support, and solutions to customers in need. Your role will be to:

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize a call flow guide to answer questions, solve problems, and provide additional products and services
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Invest in customers' success by offering additional products and/or services that meet their needs
  • Close sales, work on prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and use B2B or B2C skills to drive revenue growth
  • Use product knowledge, build client relationships, and find new ways to retain customers
  • Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
  • Provide basic customer service support and maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A minimum of six months of customer service experience or hard sales experience for sales positions
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your residence
  • Talent for delivering outstanding service
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • High-speed internet and a smartphone
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology (for Technical Support Advisors)
