Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with the assistance they need to enjoy their arenaflex products to the fullest. This role requires excellent communication skills, a patient and empathetic demeanor, and a knack for problem-solving. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on a range of arenaflex products and services.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner

- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary

Requirements
