Financial Analyst I, Day Shift (Hybrid), Financial Planning & Analysis
Adventist HealthCare is a faith-based organization committed to providing high-quality care in the Maryland area. They are seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Financial Planning & Analysis department by providing analysis and reports on revenue, expenses, and productivity, while assisting in budget preparation and financial close processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide facility leadership with analysis and reports/presentations regarding the facility’s revenue, expenses, utilization, productivity, and other ad hoc reports as requested
- Assist the finance and financial planning teams in preparing facility expense budget and monitors variances on a monthly basis
- Provide all necessary information/supporting documentation to assist accounting and finance teams in completing the monthly financial close process
- Complete Capital Expense Request forms and obtains the appropriate authorizing signatures for all capital expense requests for the facility
- Comply with all privacy standards of the facility and the healthcare system, and other state and federal regulations as they apply
- Other tasks related to the financial operations of the facility as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline
- 0-3 years of experience in healthcare finance or related field
