Sales Development Representative (German Speaking)

Conductor is the leading enterprise AEO platform, committed to innovation and customer success. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities for the Sales Team, requiring fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients through phone (cold and warm calls) and email outreach
  • Conduct research to identify key stakeholders and generate interest in target accounts
  • Overcome objections and successfully nurture prospects through the sales funnel
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with potential clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in Salesforce
  • Meet or exceed qualified opportunity quotas on a consistent basis
  • Provide feedback to support continuous data integrity and process improvement

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience
  • Fluent in English and German (C1 level or higher)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong listening abilities
  • Confident in delivering compelling presentations
  • Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Self-motivated and persistent, with a drive to achieve and exceed goals
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate within a high-energy sales environment
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and communicate our product's value proposition
  • Proficiency with common corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, Google Drive)
  • Sales training and familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
