Responsibilities

  • Market listings using digital tools and creative strategies
  • Stay current on market trends, contracts, and compliance
  • Communicate clearly, negotiate confidently, and deliver top-level service
  • Manage your pipeline and stay accountable to your goals

  • Active Real Estate License (required)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Self-motivated, coachable mindset
  • Desire to grow a sustainable real estate business
  • Sales, marketing, or customer service background is a plus
