[Remote] Partner Marketing Specialist

The Partner Marketing Specialist role supports the Partner Marketing team by managing event logistics, campaign operations, and cross-functional coordination within the broader marketing team, contributing to the organization’s growth through the smooth execution of marketing events and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage event logistics for Partner Marketing events, including swag shipments, calendar invites, campaign creation, QR codes, and raffle forms
• Maintain accurate event documentation and logistics details
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to build, QA, and schedule emails in Marketo and Splash
• Create event assets such as landing pages, banners, graphics, and social media images using templates
• Manage Salesforce campaign creation, updates, and maintain naming conventions, status, budget, and engagement
• Handle list load processes for post-event lead uploads ensuring correct statuses, notes, and routing
• Coordinate with Partner Marketing and Social Media teams on event-related social media content scheduling and alignment
• Manage Webflow to promote events by publishing landing pages and tracking content versions
• Provide logistical and operational support to cross-functional teams including Channel, Field Marketing, Strategic Events, and EMEA Field Marketing
• Track and complete tasks in Asana, ensuring deadlines and stakeholder updates
• Communicate key deliverables and updates via Slack and Asana

Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or administrative support (including internships or agency experience)
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Proactive self-starter able to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
• Understanding of event planning and marketing campaign workflows
• Ability to follow templates, processes, and naming conventions consistently
• Troubleshooting skills with ability to escalate when needed
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Adaptability to changing priorities with a positive, team-focused attitude
• High ownership and accountability
• Enthusiasm for learning and growth in fast-paced environments
• Solution-oriented mindset with willingness to perform all necessary tasks
• Ambition to advance to more senior marketing roles over time
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Google Workspace, and Slack
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana
• Experience with social media publishing tools (e.g., Sprout Social) and graphic creation/resizing using Figma or similar tools
