[Remote] Sales Development Representative

They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to build a foundational pipeline through outbound outreach and collaboration with Account Executives to generate business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through high-volume outbound outreach (primarily cold calling)
  • Re-engage and qualify existing accounts for expansion opportunities
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to generate pipeline and support land-and-expand efforts
  • Maintain disciplined activity tracking and pipeline management in HubSpot
  • Consistently hit daily activity, meeting, and qualified opportunity targets

Skills

  • 1–3 years of cold-calling or outbound prospecting experience
  • Comfortable making a high volume of daily calls
  • Thrive in performance-driven environments with clear KPIs
  • Experience working in HubSpot CRM or similar sales engagement tools
  • Strong phone presence
  • Resilience
  • Coachability
  • Comfort operating in a high-activity environment
