About the Role:

As a Implementation Consultant, you will define and implement project strategies to support the achievement of organizational goals for some of our most impactful customers. Operating as the primary point of contact during the assigned clients implementation phase for all hardware and software implementations, you will also be interacting with internal and external stakeholders, up to and including, the executive level. The ideal candidate would provide guidance on how to develop and execute world-class change management programs. You will be an expert on the Motive products and will have the ability to guide Motive’s largest customers on the best utilization of our system and a smooth initial setup.

What You'll Do:

  • Define, track and achieve key performance indicators for the customer implementation program.
  • Owning the implementation process for assigned accounts which include: successful implementation and training of the software to drive adoption by new clients
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and manage project timelines and deliverables
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring successful project completion
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among project team members
  • Ensure the timely and successful completion of new client implementation for all assigned accounts
  • Monitoring client progress and activities to ensure adoption of all parts of the organization while staying within scope and on schedule
  • Hosting virtual or in-person sessions for customers
  • Traveling to customer on-sites as needed (~40%)

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management or a related role in a B2B capacity, preferable telematics, logistics, or fleet management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively across all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • PMP Certification Preferred
Pay Transparency Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. Motive offers benefits including health, pharmacy, optical and dental care benefits, paid time off, sick time off, short term and long term disability coverage, life insurance as well as 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). For this role, the compensation ranges are: San Francisco, California$86,000—$107,000 USDU.S. metropolitan areas: Los Angeles, San Diego, New York City Area, Seattle, Washington D.C.$82,000—$102,000 USDOther locations in the United States$74,000—$93,000 USD
