Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive growth across our Technology Services portfolio

This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, and leading complex commercial engagements from initial discussions to project launch. 

Account Management & Growth

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of enterprise clients across IT outsourcing and digital engineering.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, owning the full client lifecycle from commercial engagement to delivery alignment.
  • Drive business growth through executive relationship building and account expansion strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing teams, services, and project scopes within client accounts.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives and position Expleo as a trusted technology partner.

Business Development & Sales Execution

  • Lead complex opportunities end-to-end, including:
    • RFx responses
    • Solution shaping
    • Commercial negotiations
    • Contracting
    • Project launch
  • Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to design tailored solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Develop and execute account growth plans and pipeline strategies.
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal delivery capabilities.

Financial & Performance Management

  • Monitor account performance.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data.
  • Ensure commercial sustainability and profitability of engagements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales within IT services or technology consulting.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise clients and delivering revenue growth.
  • Experience working with:
    • IT outsourcing
    • Digital engineering
    • Software development services
  • Exposure to Nearshore / Offshore delivery models.
  • Experience selling consulting or engineering services to enterprise clients.
