Ancestry is looking for a Benefits Manager contract to Hire in Lehi, UT. Compensation will be $55 to $65 per hour  

The Benefits Manager is responsible for implementing and managing the Ancestry’s employee benefits programs. This role ensures competitive, compliant, and cost-effective benefits offerings that support employee well-being and align with organizational goals.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage U.S. employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, and leave programs
  • Evaluate and benchmark benefits offerings to remain competitive in the market
  • Oversee benefits enrollment processes and employee communications
  • Manage relationships with benefits providers, brokers, and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA)
  • Analyze benefits utilization and costs; recommend improvements and cost-saving strategies
  • Lead annual open enrollment and benefits education initiatives
  • Resolve employee benefits issues and provide guidance on plan options
  • Collaborate with People Business Partners, payroll, finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate administration
  • Maintain benefits documentation, policies, and reporting 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Benefits Manager managing US benefits programs for 1000+ employee organization

We not looking for generalist experience.
