We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven insights
- Develop and maintain complex data models, including data warehouses, data marts, and data lakes
- Design and implement data visualization tools and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms
- Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and transfer
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong SQL skills with a working knowledge of data sets, ETL processes, and data visualization tools
- Ability to develop production-level code using languages such as Python, R, or SAS
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Knime, OBIEE, Alteryx, etc.)
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation, including exploratory and statistical procedures
- Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) work and data integration
- Strong communication and presentation skills to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with data science and machine learning algorithms
