Job Summary
As an Associate Customer Care Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving basic issues in a timely and professional manner. Primary Responsibilities
* Respond to basic inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide customers with basic product and pricing information
- Enter and maintain accurate customer orders using various software applications
- Handle basic issues and complaints in a professional, courteous manner, while escalating complex issues to others
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide accurate and timely information to customers

Compensation and Benefits
* The base pay for this position ranges from $16.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour depending on the geographic region
- Dependent on the position offered, annual bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package
