Job Summary

As an Experienced IT Business Analyst – Data Entry Remote Job at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting the IT Business Analysis team. You will be responsible for providing IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to ensure the operational sustainability of the basic infrastructure that supports our airport communication spaces for arenaflex's IT Offices Group.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide IT administration of all site executions, inventories, system planning, monitoring, and prevention systems for maintenance and break/fix services for server farm basic infrastructure, IT accreditation labs, and remote communication room basic climate gear.

• Provide IT support for IT labs to align our client application and design teams with workstations, equipment, and access to test their applications.
• Coordinate remotely with professional services responsible for basic infrastructure maintenance and break-fix activities at remote communication rooms.
• Manage, operate, maintain, and monitor all basic infrastructure infrastructure for server farm and remote communication room gear.
• Develop server farm and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure.
• Support IT Offices ground fiber ring to maintain the reliability and service continuity of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring.
• Suggest and implement departmental policies, rules, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all governing corporate policies and regulations.
• Manage project planning, execution, and vendor support for server farm and remote communication room capital upgrades, updates, and improvements.
• Determine IT and basic infrastructure services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining best prices for products and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual obligations.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and vendor support of the proper electrical power, A/C, fire suppression, security, floor support, and cabling programs for communication rooms.
• Provide proactive and break-fix support for alert/ticket remediation related to offices, remote communication rooms, lab, and server farm gear.
• Maintain operational sustainability of airport basic climate infrastructure.
• Develop Plan Guidelines for Remote Communication Room Space, UPS, central air, Generators, and Fire Life and Security (FLS) systems.
• Coordinate remotely with airport basic infrastructure maintenance and break-fix activities.
• Review/Store Support Records. Ensure discrepancies are remediated.
• Provide remote Incident Management goal to airport basic hardware.
• Provide remote installation, setup, and operational support.
• Maintain strict adherence to change control procedures.
• Balance multiple needs within established time limitations
• Adaptability to assist an activity with varying shifts, extended hours, and availability to work requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Regularly focuses on the safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

What You Need to Succeed (Essential Qualifications)

* Bachelor's degree

• Strong knowledge of server farm technology and basic infrastructure systems
• Project management experience with (at least 3 years) within a high availability communication room or potentially server farm operating environment, daily operational requirements, and the operation of production systems and equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

* IT project management experience with (at least 3 years) within a high availability communication room or potentially server farm operating environment, everyday operational requirements, and the operation of production systems and equipment.

• Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools and processes

• Experience with IT service desk (ITSD) tools and processes
• Experience with IT project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum)
• Experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL)
