Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Online Chat Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients' customers through live chat platforms. With comprehensive training and ongoing support, you'll develop the skills needed to excel in this fast-paced, digital-first environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing live chat functions for various businesses, responding to customer inquiries, and providing solutions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Answering customer questions, offering links for sales, and sharing promotional discounts through chat
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat platforms

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring a positive experience

Requirements

* Access to a laptop, smartphone, or tablet with a stable internet connection

  • Basic English writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in chats
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with our team

Skills and Background

* No previous paid live chat work experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided

  • Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for beginners
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
