As an Entry-Level Benefits Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients virtually with enrolling in and understanding their benefits packages
• Delivering personalized support to policyholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Conducting virtual consultations and presentations to educate clients about our products and services
• Developing in-depth knowledge of our products and communicating them with professionalism and clarity
• Maintaining accurate client records and managing follow-ups effectively

Qualifications
