Experienced Customer Service Representative – Online Data Entry and Store Operations

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Processing transactions, including ringing up sales, handling returns and exchanges, and processing refunds
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning counters, and ensuring that the store is well-merchandised
- Implementing agency asset protection strategies to prevent and reduce losses
- Assisting with the separation of food products and product placement, including inventory rotation and restocking
- Providing customer support, including virtual passport image carrier, poster print, and innovative machine services
- Assisting with outdoor and interior maintenance, including ensuring the store is clean, neat, and orderly
- Complying with all company policies and procedures, including maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers
- Completing unique assignments and other responsibilities as assigned
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Six months of experience in a retail environment
- Prior experience with arenaflex
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
