Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to support discovery, solution positioning, and opportunity progression
- Analyze customer workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Develop data‑driven value cases that demonstrate business impact and ROI
- Document and present customer‑specific workflows and recommendations
- Simplify complex SaaS and enterprise concepts for business and executive audiences
Skills
- Experience selling or supporting complex, consultative solutions in SMB and enterprise environments
- Strong ability to build credibility with sales teams through insights and recommendations
- Comfortable translating workflow analysis into clear customer value narratives
- Solid understanding of SaaS and enterprise software solutions
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
