About the role

The Cyber Resilience Coordinator is responsible for supporting organizational resilience against cyber‑driven disruptions by developing, governing, and continuously improving Business Continuity Planning (Cyber BCP) and Cyber Resilience capabilities. 

This role serves as the bridge between cybersecurity, infrastructure, plants, and business functions, ensuring the organization can respond to, withstand, and recover from significant, not limited to, cyber incidents. 

Key Job Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across plants and business functions to collect, document, and consolidate Cyber BCP requirements. 
  • Coordinate and support the execution of Cyber BCP project activities, ensuring alignment with ROCMA standards and organizational objectives. 
  • Facilitate and document debrief sessions following BCP exercises to capture lessons learned and drive improvements. 
  • Assist in conducting cyber risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify gaps and mitigation strategies. 
  • Work closely with IT infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to ensure technical continuity measures align with business needs. 
  • Maintain and update BCP documentation, including plans, procedures, and communication protocols. 
  • Communicate Cyber BCP updates to stakeholders, ensuring clarity, compliance, and readiness. 
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to leadership and project teams. 
  • Support testing and evaluation of BCP effectiveness, recommending enhancements as needed. 

 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equilavent experience.  
  • Strong stakeholder management skills 
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Coordination and project management experience is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with business continuity and cyber risk management frameworks (e.g., ROCMA). 
  • Good understanding of IT systems and infrastructure. 
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement. 
  • Adaptable and collaborative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
