Ostra Security is a cybersecurity company dedicated to protecting businesses from bad actors. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to own the outbound sales motion, leverage AI tools for targeting, and contribute to shaping the sales playbook.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full outbound motion from first research to booked meeting, building sequences, picking up the phone, and earning conversations through genuine effort and smart targeting
  • Use AI and intent data the way good tools are meant to be used: to make your work sharper, not to replace the parts that require a human
  • Help shape the playbook as you run it. What you learn, test, and prove out here will have a lasting impact on how Ostra grows

Skills

  • Genuine hunger and intellectual honesty to differentiate between working hard and working smart
  • A bias toward action and a high tolerance for ambiguity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Judgment to know when an email isn't enough and a phone call is necessary
