Uplifter Inc. is a fast-growing SaaS platform that supports sports organizations across North America. They are seeking an entry-level Product Specialist to gather product requirements, write documentation, and collaborate with the product team to ensure efficient workflows.
Responsibilities
- Writing professional product documentation
- Writing product requirements
- Organizing and managing Jira and agile development processes
- Answering developer and customer questions about new features
- Investigating and troubleshooting bugs
- Planning product releases
- Conducting product walkthroughs, demos, and webinars
- Some travel may be required
Skills
- 0-2 years of product development experience
- Excellent writing and verbal skills
- Strong critical reasoning
- Detailed organization
- Strong attention to detail
- An excellent GPA or proven success in an entry-level capacity
