About the Position

As a Technical Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the success of our Ring product line. You'll be responsible for providing timely and professional technical support to customers, resolving issues, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer-centric approach will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Responsibilities

Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences:

Provide prompt, efficient, and detailed service to customers, engaging directly with them to resolve issues and maximize their investments in Ring products.

Advocating for Customer Needs:

Be a voice and advocate for our customers, reporting and acting on observed areas for improvement to ensure their needs are met.

Understanding Customer Needs:

Work with customers to understand how they use Ring products, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting innovative solutions to enhance their experience.

Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams:

Actively seek solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership and suggesting innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience.

Supporting Product Launches:

Assist with customer communication and troubleshooting during Ring product launches, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience.

Developing Product Knowledge:

Develop detailed knowledge about specific product lines and features, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements.

Handling Various Contact Types:

Handle various contact types, including Chat, Email, Inbound and Outbound voice calls with customers, providing a consistent and highest-quality level of support.

Requirements

2 Years of Customer Service Experience:

Proven experience in customer service, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Flexible Schedule:

Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays, to meet the needs of our customers.

Microsoft Office Products and Applications:

Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Nice-to-Haves

Associate's Degree:

An associate's degree or higher in a related field, such as business, communications, or computer science.

1 Year of Customer Service Experience:

Additional experience in customer service, with a strong focus on technical support and product knowledge.
