Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced User Support Specialist - Live Chat to join our remote team. As a User Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through live chat, email, and other communication channels. You'll work closely with our engineering, product, and support teams to resolve complex technical issues, develop solutions, and improve our support processes. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through live chat, email, and other communication channels

  • Resolve complex technical issues, develop solutions, and improve support processes
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Analyze and report on support metrics, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Work closely with the support team to develop and implement support strategies and processes

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience working in a support role, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team
  • Experience with live chat support, including Zendesk and other support software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop solutions
  • Experience with coding languages (JavaScript and HTML) and third-party APIs (Stripe) is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with support, engineering, and product teams

  • Alignment with arenaflex's mission to build a new economic engine for culture and experience as a arenaflex subscriber (experience as a creator is a plus!)
  • Direct experience with coding languages (JavaScript and HTML) and third-party APIs (Stripe)
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
