Job Responsibilities
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with product information, order tracking, returns, and other inquiries
- Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, aiming for first-call resolution
- Utilizing internal systems and resources to accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborating with other team members and departments to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Staying informed about arenaflex's products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
- Meeting or exceeding performance goals for customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Empathetic and patient attitude towards customers, with the ability to de-escalate tense situations
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to taking customer calls
