Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the first point of contact for customers who need help with their orders, and you'll work to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time, remote position, and you'll be working from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work with customers to resolve post-order issues, such as delivery questions, damages, returns, substitutions, and order warnings
  • Use your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level metrics
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish and English
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems or similar
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
