What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our patients and clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate and timely support
• Utilizing automated systems for data entry and information retrieval to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt, courteous, and empathetic manner, resolving issues and escalating complex situations as necessary
• Meeting or exceeding call volume and service level standards to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• General knowledge of office environment and business processes
• Proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and external customers
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and a passion for improving people's lives

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

While not required, we're particularly interested in candidates with:

• 2+ years of customer service/telephone experience in a similar call center environment and/or industry
• Previous experience in a medical office or other medical setting, with a deep understanding of healthcare services and policies
