Job Summary

We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our remote support team. As a key player in our customer support team, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You'll provide information and assistance regarding flight schedules, reservations, and ticket policies, and resolve customer issues in a friendly and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • Update customer information and maintain accurate records
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements

* High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and internet usage
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Some college coursework or a degree in a related field is a plus

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel industry
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
