We are a cutting-edge telemedicine services company specializing in providing remote patient monitoring services 24/7/365. We are setting the standard in the field of neuro-telemetry and we need people to join our rapidly growing team. The Operations Coordinator must have excellent problem solving, organizational, critical thinking and professional judgment skills; be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, can see multiple solutions to problems and choose the best possible one. You must also have exceptional technical and interpersonal skills, show extreme attention to detail, and provide excellent customer service to clients, doctors and CortiCare staff.

Part Time position available: 12hours/week (minimum),

Schedule: Saturdays 1p-1a EST

Primary Responsibilities:

  • High volume call intake from hospital clients on multiple service lines
  • Detail oriented, inputting data to proprietary system
  • Coordinate patient assignments to appropriate technologists and/or physicians
  • Coordinate tech dispatch and completion of order
  • Assist with investigating and resolving staff issues/concerns
  • Monitor patient flow and coordinate shift changes, consolidations as needed
  • Document in internal log, shift issues/occurrences
  • Ensure that all tasks comply with administrative policies and procedures
  • Ensure proper communication flow to next in line shift Coordinators
  • Other Duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years professional experience working in one or more of the following capacities: dispatch, call center, customer service or hospitality
  • Friendly, patient, professional, personable and have a courteous demeanor at all times
  • Critical thinking
  • Organization skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented, with exceptional multi-tasking skills
  • Proven computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in working night shifts, preferred
  • Healthcare/Medical Office experience a plus
  • Self-reliant/remote working experience a plus
  • Must have a dedicated workspace, free from unauthorized viewing, i.e., HIPAA compliant
  • Must have reliable internet
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
