Position Overview

The Sales Executive is responsible for developing new client relationships that result in driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing environmental remediation and related service opportunities. This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex environmental challenges into practical, compliant, and cost-effective remediation solutions while collaborating closely with internal project and operations teams.

Responsibilities

•    Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting contaminated site remediation projects across commercial, industrial, and governmental sectors •    Identify and pursue new business opportunities through relationship building, prospecting, and networking  •    Build and maintain strong client relationships, leading the sales process and ensuring a smooth handoff to the Project Manager for project delivery •    Conduct detailed assessments of client needs, site conditions, and regulatory considerations to propose tailored remediation solutions •    Collaborate with project management and operations teams to ensure accurate scoping, pricing, and successful project execution •    Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and bid responses to stakeholders and decision-makers •    Track and manage sales pipeline opportunities, activity, forecasts, and customer data within the company’s CRM tracking system •    Monitor environmental industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify emerging market opportunities •    Meet or exceed established revenue, margin and pipeline targets

Qualifications: •    Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or Business (or equivalent experience) •    3+ years of sales or business development experience within environmental services, remediation, construction, or industrial services preferred •    Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills •    Ability to work independently in a field-based role while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams •    Willingness to travel to client sites and project locations as required •    40% travel expectation
