The Administrative Coordinator (BSS) will provide administrative support to the Vice President of Behavior Support Services, the Director of Behavior Assessment and Consultative Services, and the Director of Community Behavior Supports.  In addition, they will maintain the Electronic Health Records and LTSS records for a large number of clients.  They will assist clinicians with coordinating and managing their caseloads.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or its equivalent.
  • Knowledge of modern office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques, transcription and office equipment, as well as English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation.
  • Ability to perform secretarial and clerical duties with speed and accuracy independently.
  • Experience with electronic health records and/or LTSS is preferred.
