What You’ll Do

You’ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader, orchestrating every detail of our job sites to deliver projects that exceed expectations.

• Lead day-to-day site operations and subcontractors with confidence

• Ensure every detail aligns with blueprints and client vision

• Drive excellence in retail, food & beverage, and cold storage projects

• Conduct site audits and safety checks to keep crews protected

• Maintain a detailed daily log of visitors, deliveries, and activities

• Champion a strong safety-first culture and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Demonstrated success as a Construction Superintendent, with the ability to mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents

• Hands-on experience leading retail, food & beverage, and cold storage builds

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints with ease

• Sharp organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong communicator and motivator who inspires teams

• Procore and Bluebeam knowledge

• Willingness to travel nationwide, with the opportunity to return home every other week
