Job Summary

As a Work At Home Amazon Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of Amazon, providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will involve handling customer inquiries regarding orders, payments, refunds, and product information, as well as offering technical support for Amazon's digital services. Key Responsibilities
