Responsibilities and Duties

As a chat brand representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Being brand passionate – sharing your love and expertise for the game and arenaflex products with customers
• Using primarily arenaflex golf equipment to provide expert advice and recommendations
• Communicating with customers at a professional level, providing exceptional service and support
• Familiarity with the arenaflex site and any related media/searches
• Ability to compare and analyze competitor products to provide informed recommendations
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of golf experience, with a strong understanding of the game and its nuances
• 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a focus on arenaflex products
• In-depth knowledge of current and past arenaflex products, as well as similar products from other brands
• Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all arenaflex products, from enthusiast to pro level
• Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Compensation and Perks

As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you'll enjoy:

• Performance-based rewards redeemable for arenaflex products and/or gift cards
• Chat interactions paid out weekly on an hourly basis of $15
• Remote position from anywhere you can connect to the internet

Technology Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A desktop or laptop with a Chrome browser (tablet/mobile devices not compatible)
• A stable internet connection
• Reliable sound output
