The Opportunity

As an Experienced Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for helping families plan for their future and achieving their financial goals. You will work with a state-of-the-art lead generation system to obtain clients and follow up on their requests for more information. You will also meet with clients virtually using platforms such as ZOOM and Facetime. If you are not licensed, we will help you get licensed, and if you are new to sales, we will provide you with the training and support you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

* Help families plan for their future and achieve their financial goals

  • Obtain clients through a state-of-the-art lead generation system
  • Follow up on client requests for more information and meet with clients virtually
  • Work with a team of sales professionals to achieve success
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience (preferably in the insurance or financial planning industry)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

Preferred Qualifications

* Insurance or financial planning license (we will help you get licensed if you don't have one)

  • Experience with sales software and technology
  • Strong knowledge of the insurance and financial planning industry
  • Ability to speak multiple languages (a plus)
