Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our database, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our database
- Process transactions, including prescription fills, returns, and exchanges
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers via phone, email, or in-person
- Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a retail or healthcare environment
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems (PMS)
- Certification in pharmacy technology or a related field
