Job Summary

As a Retail Customer Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and well-stocked sales environment, and collaborating with our team to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities

* Interact with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.

• Offer exceptional customer service that exceeds customer expectations, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked sales environment, ensuring that all areas are fully stocked, sanitary, and free from hazards.
• Collaborate with managers and team members to achieve sales targets, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive business results.
• Process customer transactions through our POS system, handling cash, checks, and credit card payments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Follow established guidelines for handling customer refunds and exchanges, ensuring that all transactions are processed in a fair and transparent manner.
• Develop pricing tags and promotional signage, manage stocks, label, and exhibit products in a visually appealing and organized manner.
• Demonstrate and validate compliance with company safety protocols, adhering to all guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Offer assistance in other store sections whenever necessary, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team.
• Flourish in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accuracy and productivity while working under pressure.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

* Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

• Basic math competency is essential for success in this role.
• Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and excel in high-pressure situations.
• Forklift certification may be required for certain job positions, and individuals may need to obtain certification through arenaflex.
• State laws permit a drug test to be taken and passed before obtaining certification for heavy equipment operation.

Physical/Sensory Requirements

* Physical strength is required to exert force ranging from 30 to 60 pounds occasionally or 20 to 30 pounds frequently to transport or manipulate objects.

• Regular involvement in actions that demand physical exertion, such as reaching, walking, standing, or climbing.
• Often rely on hands and fingers to feel or manipulate objects.
