REPORTS TO: REGIONAL DIRECTOR

LOCATION: REMOTE

FLSA STATUS: EXEMPT - $75,000 - $85,000 plus sales incentive opportunity

SCHEDULED HOURS: Must be willing to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory; travel will include overnight stays. (60% of time) INCLUSIVE OF WEEKENDS

MAJOR FUNCTION

The Regional Sales Coordinator is responsible for building and fostering strong customer relationships in their assigned regions. They will partner closely with retail stores and their sales leadership team to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization inclusive of event attendance and team training.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Management

  • Drives for Results: Focuses energy on high return and profitable opportunities. Executes against the plan, adjusting as appropriate as the business climate dictates. Takes initiative to work independently with vision of the end state in mind.
  • Establish and build relationships with accounts in the territory, conducting regular check-ins with key contacts.
  • Collaborate on seasonal sales plan to support TACORI brand initiatives and maximize growth opportunities with assigned territory.
  • Assist with all aspects of the sales process including logistics and order processing in partnership with the customer excellence.
  • Be the “voice” of account activity (sell-in, sell through, operations and marketing) to internal partners.
  • Analyze product sell through, inventory levels and account metrics/expectations by account in development of account strategy.
  • Secure and upload monthly inventory data into systems to facilitate inventory analysis.
  • Create re-story recommendations based on store-level analysis, recommend new products based on product knowledge and account history.
  • Pull, analyze, and report out on ad-hoc data requests for your territory.
  • Visual Champion: Provide stores with visual merchandising training, guidelines, policies, and procedures, and ensure compliance through regular store visits.
  • Complete regularly scheduled audits of the following: store marketing avenues and monthly marketing analytics; in-store marketing materials, website, social media, etc.
  • Track store staffing lists and manage changes. Escalate improvements/concerns to seek for solutions with Sales Leadership team.

Event and Training Coordination

  • Structure, strategy and execution of in-store training and events.
  • Create calendar of travel in partnership with the sales leadership.
  • Exceeds client expectations by helping with a positive attitude.
  • Recommends merchandise based on product knowledge and customer preferences.
  • Demonstrates timely follow-up and follow-through on customer requests and commitments.
  • Participate, collect, analyze, and report performance results of events and trainings.

  • Participate in sales meetings, trade shows and internal sales team meetings.
  • Proactive to seize opportunities and bring new ideas while leading projects and initiatives.
  • Level-Headed and composed when facing adversity and challenges, with the demonstrated ability to present and offer creative and innovative solutions.
  • Knowledgeable of all TACORI product and processes.
  • Maintain a high-level of personal responsibility and ownership.
  • Fine jewelry experience is ideal.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva.
  • Previous experience with ERP/Sales programs a plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and capability to handle complex concepts.
  • Proven ability to influence people with and without direct reporting relationships.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to tailor messages appropriately to audience.
  • Self-starter with ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory; travel will include overnight stays. (60% of time)
