Responsibilities
- Handle Employment, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product, Commercial, General Liability, Healthcare and Professional Liability cases
- Possess excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
- Conduct research and manage assignments with minimal supervision
- Participate in trial appearances, hearings, and depositions
Skills
- Candidates must be licensed and admitted to in the State of California
- Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills
- Candidates must possess strong academic backgrounds
- Candidates must have proven skills in research
- Candidates must be a self-starter who is able to handle assignments with minimal supervision
- Trial experience is preferred, but not required
