Analyst, Messaging & Measurement

Bully Pulpit International is an outcomes agency that specializes in strategic communications, public affairs, and digital marketing. The Analyst in Messaging & Measurement will support research design and analysis for various clients, helping to develop communication strategies and manage research projects.

Responsibilities

  • Work on corporate, public affairs, political, and other client-related research projects
  • Draft survey questionnaires and focus group discussion guides; produce first draft analysis on research projects – in both written and visual form
  • Help advise clients and internal BPI teams on communications strategies, messaging, and targeting
  • Together with our Survey Ops team, monitor and manage surveys in the field and focus group recruitment; serve as project manager for active research projects
  • Oversee the production of client deliverables such as toplines, crosstabs, and time series analyses
  • Support new business proposal and presentation development as needed
  • Provide support to the team and clients as needed

Skills

  • Great written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical, decision making, and time-management skills
  • 1-3 years' experience with polling, surveys, research methodology, quantitative data and analysis
  • Experience and familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Intellectual curiosity, and always asking 'why?'
  • Excels in fast-paced work environments and juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Outstanding collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and self-directed
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite
