In this role, you will engage with applicants and warm-sourced candidates to schedule them for the interview process and qualify candidates for various positions.

Responsibilities

  • Review and screen applications for assigned offices
  • Qualify candidates and schedule them for interviews, briefings, and recruiting events
  • Clearly explain meeting details, location, position expectations, and the Bankers Life culture and opportunity
  • Adhere to ERC best practices and maintain the established candidate screening process
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance metrics
  • Maintain a working knowledge of business strategy and industry trends to align candidate qualifications with hiring needs
  • Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned
