Customer Service Representative - Brazilian Portuguese

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support consumers during their peak season by responding to inquiries in both English and Brazilian Portuguese, while building strong relationships with fans.
Responsibilities
- Respond to consumers in both English and Brazilian Portuguese - spoken and written
- Engage with consumers via phone and email
- Handling a range of topics from order status and account issues to digital experiences and product quality queries
- Build strong and lasting relationships with consumers in a fun and engaging manner
- Assess and solve brick-based problems using our various tools and programs, requiring solid IT skills to support consumer requests
- Adapt to a variety of shifts to ensure we provide an exceptional service
Skills
- Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese - spoken and written
- Ability to engage with consumers via phone and email
- Ability to handle a range of topics from order status and account issues to digital experiences and product quality queries
- Ability to build strong and lasting relationships with consumers in a fun and engaging manner
- Solid IT skills to support consumer requests
