As a key member of our Customer Success leadership team, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing our strategy, leading a talented team of approximately 50 consultants and managers, and ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience from initial deployment to ongoing support.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of approximately 50 consultants and managers, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, including proactive project management, regular feedback, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Channel, Knowledge & Operations) to enhance Customer Success processes and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Analyze customer and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, using SQL to extract and analyze data.
  • Pilot high-impact projects aligned with the company's strategic objectives, working closely with peers in the Customer Success leadership team to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project progress, risks, and successes.

Essential Qualifications:

* 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in managing large operational teams (over 50 people) with demonstrated results.

  • Strong leadership skills, with a natural ability to coach and develop team members.
  • Experience in animation and training is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Experience with SQL is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the Customer Success industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.

  • Experience in project management, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines.
  • Experience in coaching and development, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Experience in data analysis, with a strong ability to extract and analyze data using SQL.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams, with a strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
