About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or call center environment - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with arenaflex products or services - Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP) - Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) - Experience in a leadership or team management role - Fluency in multiple languages
